Here is a classic example of what happens when you let midwives out in public. They wind up in trouble. Actually it was a classic example of being a little too young at heart. Their antics were a bit too much for Ranger Bob, and he handcuffed the offending midwives. He was gracious enough to let them go and not charge them with felonius overexuberance.
